ABOUT THE LIVE SHOW
F1®75 Live is an exclusive, ticketed event celebrating 75 years of Formula 1®, set to take place at The O2 Arena, London.
This high-profile showcase will feature every F1® team revealing their 2025 car liveries on stage in an entertainment-rich format, designed to engage and entertain the Formula One® fanbase.
F1®75 Live aims to unite Motorsport with entertainment, offering a unique, high-energy experience.
Hosted by celebrity presenters, the event includes appearances from F1® drivers, CEOs and Team Principals, along with dynamic performances to enhance the spectacle.

ITINERARY
WHAT TO EXPECT
Upon arrival at the O2, we will be joining the winners of the I/AM fan competition at the Canteen food hall and bar for pre-show food and drinks, giving us the opportunity to come together and celebrate this special occasion - prepare yourself for an unforgettable experience!
DRESS CODE
While there isn't a formal dress code for the event, we would love for all employees to wear the new branded jackets to help create a sense of team unity and show our team colours with pride.

RECEIVING YOUR TICKET
You will receive your ticket electronically, they are accessible via the AXS app. You can download the app on your work phone.

ACCESSING YOUR TICKETS
USING YOUR TICKET
Each ticket is allocated to one guest only and cannot be shared with another guest. Tickets cannot be screenshotted, the QR code is live and updates each minute, and this is what needs to be shared via the AXS app on arrival.
ENTERING THE O2
The team will leave the Canteen food hall as a group. Please follow your chaperones who will escort you to the correct entrance, and have your tickets ready to be scanned. The team will be seated together - it is important that you sit in the seat number allocated to you, which can be found on your ticket.
RE-ENTERING THE O2
Once you have scanned your ticket and entered the arena, you will not be permitted to re-enter if you leave at any point.

KEY INFORMATION
SECURITY SCREENING
A security check is obligatory for all guest entering the O2 arena.
You will be permitted to take only one A4 sized bag or smaller into the arena. If you have any carrier bags with you, these can be checked in by the golden staircase located by the main entrance.
Backpacks, travel cases, laptop bags and large tote bags are not permitted in the arena.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted at the O2. E-cigarettes can be used in the concourses, however not inside the main O2 arena bowl.
PHOTOGRAPHY DISCLAIMER
By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and to such content being used for promotional purposes. Please inform staff if you prefer not to be captured.
DRINKS VOUCHERS
The team will have drinks vouchers available, that can be used in the O2 concourse at Kitchen 110 and Bar 112.

LOOKING AFTER EACH OTHER
While we want everyone to have a great time, it’s important that the same standards of respect, professionalism and care that guide us in our daily work also apply during this event.
Please make sure your behaviour, aligns with our company policies and processes so that everyone feels safe and respected (you can read our policies on the intranet here).
This is a work event, therefore any conduct that breaches our policies will be dealt with formally. Of course, we hope this reminder is not necessary. Thank you for your understanding and co-operation.
19:00 - Activity or Event
MEETING POINT
The meeting point is the coach, which will be staying in the same place it drops us off during the event. Please make your way back to the coach promptly once the event has finished.
EMERGENCY DURING THE EVENT
In the event of an emergency during the event, please stay calm and follow venue staff instructions. If an evacuation takes place and access is not permitted back into the venue, make your way to the meeting point at the coach once the all clear is given.
RETURN JOURNEY
We will be arriving back to the AMRTC late, please be mindful of your travel arrangements and take care. Do not drink and drive.
COACH
In the event of any issues/breakdowns, the coach company will send a replacement. Please follow the instructions of your chaperones Michaela Savage and Debbie Wall.
FIRST AID
A first aider will be present during the trip, please make your AMF1 contacts immediately aware of any assistance you require. Your first aider is Aimee Lewis. If you require first aid during the event we will revert to the venues available first aid teams.
